  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA.

RBTs implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication and daily living skills, collect data, and help clients build independence through engaging, compassionate, and evidence-based interventions.

  • Sub-Lead RBT

The Sub-Lead RBT serves as a support role to the Lead RBT and clinical leadership team. In addition to providing high-quality direct ABA therapy services, the Sub-Lead assists with mentoring staff, modeling best practices, supporting clinic operations, and helping ensure consistency in treatment implementation. When the Lead RBT is unavailable, the Sub-Lead assumes leadership responsibilities, assists with staff guidance, and helps maintain daily clinic workflows. This position is ideal for experienced RBTs who demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to supporting both clients and team members.
