This week was full of hands-on fun, from sensory play and sunshine crafts to a special visit from Lily the therapy dog 🐾💛 Clients built skills through creativity, movement, and even making sun-shaped snacks!
We also enjoyed time in the community with walks to the library, trail, and pavilion—practicing real-world skills while enjoying the beautiful weather 🌳✨
Our clients truly shined bright all week, and we’re so proud of all their hard work! ☀️💫

What a week! From sensory garden play and Earth Day slime to planting seed bombs in our flowerbed, our clients got hands-on with learning and growth 🌼✨ We loved welcoming Darbie the therapy dog 🐾, getting creative with rock painting and Earth art 🎨, and enjoying a fun park outing with cookies and friends 🌳🍪

From searching for eggs to trading goodies, there were so many natural opportunities to practice sharing, communication, and peer interactions 💛
These moments aren’t just fun—they help our clients build real-life skills they can use during everyday outings like trips to the park, family events, and more 🌱

Brighter Horizons Weekly Highlight 🌈
This week we went over to We Rock the Spectrum! Our clients really had the best time!! We focused on taking turns, trying new things, and most importantly—generalizing the skills we work so hard on each day in the clinic! It was a great opportunity to see progress in action and celebrate growth outside our usual setting.
We captured sweet moments where some rode the zip line for the very first time, made new friends, and got all their wiggles out. It was such a joy to see everyone laughing, playing, and exploring together.
This month has been full of so many fun adventures, and we’re so proud of how much our clients have grown and enjoyed each new experience!
